General sales conditions

Flexible rates summer 

Deposit*: 50% of the amount of the stay at confirmation. 

Cancellation*: Free until 14 days prior arrival. Cancellation on the scheduled day of arrival or no show: the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Modification of your stay: In the case of modification of your arrival and/or departure date, the total cost of the stay will be payable to the hotel as compensation. Breakfast not included. 

Cancellation: The full amount of the booking is kept in the case of any cancellation made 30 days or less prior to arrival.

*Please note there are special conditions for reservations of 5 rooms or more.
 

Prepaid rates

Deposit: 100% of the amount of the stay at confirmation. 

Cancellation: Payment will not be refunded for any cancellation. 

Modification of your stay: In the case of modification of your arrival and/or departure date, the total cost of the stay will be payable to the hotel as compensation.

Terms of sale (Valid for all rates)

Supplements from 3rd guest in the room, per day: 

- Bed & Breakfast: Adult and child over 12 years old: 84€ / Child 7 to 12: 74 € / Child 3 to 6: 74 € 

- Half Board: Adult and child over 12 years old: 190 € / Child 7 to 12: 100 € / Child 3 to 6: 85 € 

For our baby guests:25 € per day.

Pets : 30 € per day excluding food.

City tax : 2,53€ per day per person over 18 years old.

VAT: Our prices includes a 10% VAT. They are relative to taxes currently in force, and can be modified according to applicable taxes at the time of your stay.

Checkin : Room is available at 4pm.

Checkout: Room must be vacant by noon. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure beyond this time.

Cancellation Insurance : For confirmed bookings, you are given the possibility of subscribing to a cancellation insurance (EU residents only).Please contact our Reservation Department.

 

Non-smoking room : Please note that we have a strict non-smoking policy in all of our rooms. Any guest that violates this policy will be subject to a fine to return the room to its previous smoke-free state.

 

Villa Grenache

Payment : Reservations are considered firm only if accompanied by a deposit, deductible at the end of the agreed stay, of 25% of the total amount of the stay. The remaining balance of the stay is to be paid at the latest 45 days before arrival.

Cancellation: All payments will be retained in the event of a cancellation.

Modification of your stay: In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the initial amount of the stay will be charged in full, no refund will be made.

Cancellation insurance: At the time of your confirmation, we offer you the possibility of subscribing to a cancellation insurance.

Arrival: We will do our best to have your villa ready as soon as possible. However, this will be expected only after 5pm. Please let us know in case of late arrival.

Departure: The villa must be vacated by 10am at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure beyond this time. Please note that our chalets are non-smoking. In case of non respect, you will be charged the cleaning fee.

COVID 19 Special General Conditions 


Our teams are fully mobilized to reinforce the sanitary safety processes in order to welcome you in the best conditions.

Please note, however, that in this period of uncertainty, we cannot guarantee that all the usual services will be maintained. We will strictly comply with the regulations in force.  


For any confirmed reservation, and in the event of the implementation of new lockdown measures by the French government, we will proceed to the full and free refund of your rental/reservation.


We would like to draw the attention of our clients who are not resident in France: to date, the uncertainty of the opening of the borders persists and we cannot guarantee that at the dates of your stay the situation will allow you to travel freely. Should border restrictions be imposed by the French government or by the government of origin, or should quarantine measures be put in place, no refund can be claimed.
