Chef's secrets and culinary tricks
From Monday to Saturday during the season, our Chef François Martin and his team are on hand to share all their tips and tricks with you. Provencal cuisine will hold no more secrets for you, with recipes including stuffed courgettes flowers, aubergines paupiettes, chilled tomatoes soups, Sault spelt wheat risotto, strawberries cooked with pistachios, and clafoutis with orchard fresh cherries.
Two formulas to discover:
The "Chef's tips - 30 minutes" formula, can be booked through our concierge service. During this demonstration, you will discover the basic preparations, cooking, sauces as well as how to prepare meat, fish and seasonal vegetables.
The "Recipe and Tasting - 1 hour" formula can be booked with our concierge. Discover how to prepare the recipe of your choice from among the house classics. This will be followed by a tasting session with food and wine pairing (Domaine de Marie wines) in the company of our sommelier.
