Flexible 2024 rates

Deposit*: 50% of the total cost of your stay must be paid on booking.

Cancellation*: no charge up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.

Prepaid rates

Deposit*: 100% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation*: The full amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

Supplements applicable from the 3rd person in a room per night:

- Room and breakfast : Adult and child over 12: €95 / Child 3-12: €78

- Half-board room: Adults and children over 12: €208 / Children aged 3-12: €113

Baby facilities: Available.

Animal: 30 € per day excluding food.

Tourist tax: €4.40 per day per person over 18 years old.

VAT: Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. These are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and are likely to be modified according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival: The room is available from 4pm.

Departure: The room must be vacated by 12.00 noon at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time.

Non-smoking rooms: Please note that all rooms in our establishment are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning the room.

Villa Grenache & Mas Vermentino

Payment : Reservations are only considered firm when accompanied by a deposit, deductible at the end of the agreed stay, of 25% of the total amount of the stay. The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation: All payments will be retained in the event of a cancellation.

Shortened stay: In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the initial amount of the stay will be charged in full, no refund will be made.

Arrival: We will do our best to have your villa ready as soon as possible. However, please note that this can only be done after 5pm. Please inform us in case of late arrival.

Departure : The villa must be vacated by 10:00 am at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time. Please note that our villas are non-smoking. In case of non respect, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning.

* For payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the rate chosen) and in the case of payment by credit card, the latter will be debited at the time of purchase, i.e. at the time of confirmation, via a secure payment link.
